The Pieces
Will the print fade after washing?
No. We use high-quality print methods built to last. Follow the care label — cold wash, inside out, no dryer — and the piece stays exactly as it left us.
What's the fit like?
Our garments run oversized and relaxed — intentionally. If you're between sizes and want a cleaner silhouette, size down. If you want it the way it's meant to look, stay true to size.
What are the pieces made of?
Heavyweight cotton. No shortcuts. Each product page has the full material breakdown — but if it carries The Bargain LB name, it's built to feel like something you keep for years.
Sizing
How do I know which size is right for me?
Check the size guide on each product page — it has the exact measurements. When in doubt, go up. These pieces are made to be worn with intention, not squeezed into.
Do all items fit the same way?
Not always. Hoodies and tees are all oversized, but cuts vary by collection. Read the product description — we'll always tell you if something fits differently than expected.
Orders & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Everywhere. Lebanese people are everywhere — so we ship worldwide. Lebanon, the diaspora, wherever home is for you.
How long does delivery take?
Within Lebanon, orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days. International orders vary by destination — you'll get a tracking update once your order ships so you know exactly where it is.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details. If anything looks off or you haven't heard from us, reach out on WhatsApp — we'll sort it out.
Exchanges & Returns
Can I exchange my item?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted within the specified window as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Reach out before sending anything back and we'll walk you through it.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
That's on us. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll make it right — no back and forth, no hassle.
