Exchange Policy
We stand behind every piece. If something's off, we'll swap it — no hassle, no drama.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If your item has an issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange an exchange.
What we don't accept
Refund requests
We do not issue monetary refunds for any reason, including change of mind or ordering the wrong size.
Requests after 24 hours
Exchange requests submitted more than 24 hours after your delivery confirmation will not be honored, no exceptions.
Worn, washed, or altered items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible.
Sale or discounted items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
What we do accept
Size or color exchanges
Want a different size or colorway? We'll swap it out, subject to availability in our current stock.
Defective or damaged items
If your item arrived with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we'll exchange it at no cost to you.
Wrong item received
We picked the wrong order? That's on us. Send it back and we'll get you the right piece right away.
How to request an exchange
Contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your delivery
Share your order number and a clear photo of the item
We review and confirm your exchange within a few hours
Ship the item back to our address in its original condition
New item dispatched as soon as we receive yours back
